Quiet
VincenzoF says: "The 5 train heading to Manhattan. Only two other people on it and it was nice and dark. Very soothing and relaxing."

Building 8

"This is were I grew up in the Bronx, New York City.
Judging by the colors in this photo it must have been super early in the morning, no doubt coming home on a Sunday morning after being out of the house for two days.
This building is 33 stories high with 12 apartments on each floor.
Yes, it was a strange place to live.
I might have taken this picture in 1981 or 82 with a Canon AE-1. I'm thinking if I was out partying I might have only had my Vivtar Series 1 28mm lens on - - it was such a sweet lens. It had floating elements so the whole thing sat inside of a metal shell so the lens didn't change size."

Home sweet home
"We go home from watching fireworks on the beach in Long Island to find Pelham Bay Park full of people setting off more fireworks. This was taken from our front stoop," Kendiala said.
Hope you all had a Happy Fourth!

"Walking through Pelham Bay Park tonight, I saw this puddle with trash surrounding it, reflecting the sun. I didn't quite get the sun in the puddle, but I like it," Kyrion said.
